Production Worker

Rate of Pay: $15.00 1st shift hours: 3pm-12am, M-F, OT as needed Benefits: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Heath Insurance, 401K

Job Summary

The Production Worker is responsible for assembling, packaging, and inspecting food products such as snack trays in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports production efficiency, food safety, and quality standards while working on a team during second shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble food products such as meat, cheese, fruit, and snack trays on a production line
• Package finished products into containers, boxes, and pallets for shipment
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging before distribution
• Operate basic production equipment such as conveyors, sealing machines, and depositors
• Load materials and supplies onto the production line as needed
• Maintain production speed to meet daily quotas and deadlines
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), USDA, and FDA food safety guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized to meet food safety standards
• Assist with labeling, stacking, and palletizing finished goods
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to maintain production flow
