Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Deliver therapy services aimed at improving patient independence in daily living skills
• Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with applicable practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Proficient documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting
• Prior experience supervising COTAs
