NICU Nurse

Role: NICU Nurse Responsibilities: Provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and offer emotional support. Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care, demonstrating technical skills for conditions such as respiratory distress, prematurity, hypoglycemia, and sepsis. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school, current licensure, BLS certification, and RN experience. NRP certification within 90 days and STABLE within 6 months are required. NICU experience preferred. Skills: Knowledge of human development, assessment skills, technical proficiency, patient education, and customer service orientation.
