This is your chance to take ownership of exciting pool projects from the ground up, leading a crew and delivering stunning results for our customers. Responsibilities Lead and supervise pool construction crews on residential and commercial job sites Oversee all phases of pool construction including excavation, plumbing, gunite/shotcrete, tile, and decking Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain workflow Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities Troubleshoot construction issues and implement effective solutions on the fly Conduct site inspections and communicate progress updates to management Requirements 3+ years of experience in pool construction, renovation, or a related trade Proven leadership experience managing a construction crew Strong knowledge of pool construction methods, materials, and equipment Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Familiarity with Florida building codes and permitting processes is a plus Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor About Us PoolSmith's Renovations LLC is a trusted name in pool construction and renovation serving the Eustis, FL area and surrounding communities.
