• A bachelor's degree in business or related field

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

• Understanding of the healthcare industry.

• Two or more years of writing SQL queries and Python coding hands on knowledge.

• Understanding of visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.

• Great analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.

• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
