Marketing and Sales Coordinator (US)

About Uplifter Uplifter is a leading sports management and payments platform serving clubs, governing bodies, and sports organizations across North America. Our software helps organizations manage memberships, registrations, competitions, events, payments, communications, and more. We’re growing quickly in the US and are looking for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to help execute marketing initiatives, support our sales team, and increase our presence across the sports community. About the Role This is an execution-focused role for someone early in their marketing career. You’ll work closely with our VP Sales, Sales team, and our external marketing agency (Directive) to coordinate campaigns, manage social media, support events, create marketing materials, and help keep marketing projects moving. What You’ll Do Support the Sales team with presentations, brochures, one-pagers and proposal materials. Help coordinate campaigns that support sales initiatives. Assist with customer communications and follow-up marketing. Keep marketing assets organized and up to date. Marketing Coordination Act as the primary day-to-day contact with our external marketing agency (Directive). Coordinate campaign deliverables and timelines. Gather information from Product, Sales and Leadership for marketing initiatives. Help ensure projects are completed on time. Social Media & Communications Create and schedule social media posts. Work with Product and Sales to promote new features, customer success stories, and company news. Draft customer emails, newsletters, and announcements. Help maintain website content. General Marketing Help maintain brand consistency. Track marketing requests and priorities. Assist with basic reporting on campaigns and events. Pitch in wherever needed to support Sales and Marketing. Events Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows and customer events. Order promotional materials and giveaways. Work with Sales before and after events to maximize lead follow-up. What You’ll Bring 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales support, or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Microsoft 365 and Canva (or similar design tools). Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Nice to Have Experience supporting a B2B SaaS company. Experience coordinating conferences or events. Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM.
