High-Volume RecruiterWe are seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter for a 4-month contract opportunity. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment, partnering with hiring managers to meet seasonal and high-volume staffing needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines.Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.Extend offers and support compensation discussions within established guidelines.Assist with new-hire onboarding and orientation.Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline performance.RequirementsBachelor's degree required2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or related experienceHigh-volume recruiting experience strongly preferredATS experience requiredStrong sourcing, communication, organization, and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferredIf you thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment and have experience managing multiple openings simultaneously, apply today!
