Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Homecare experience required
• HCHB experience required

Assignment Details

• Desired territory includes St. Joseph & Marshall County
• Expected productivity is 27 points per week
• Key duties include SOC, ROC evaluations, recertifications, and revisits
