Complete Care at Barn Hill – Newton, NJ Shifts EVENINGS – FT & PT Overnight – PT Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN) providing high‑quality patient care in a dynamic, compassionate environment at Complete Care at Barn Hill. About the Role Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and documentation. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress, identify complications, and adjust plans as needed. Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self‑care techniques. Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment. Responsibilities as an RN Conduct initial patient assessments, identifying medical, emotional, and social needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient goals and outcomes. Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as necessary. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to best practice development and program evaluation. Requirements Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field. Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $42 – $49.75 + shift differentials.
