Registered Dietician (RD) - Newport, RI Join our dynamic team at AdviniaCare Newport, a leader in senior living and care services, as a Registered Dietician (RD). We're seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to create personalized nutrition plans that improve the health and well‑being of our patients. About the Role As a Registered Dietician (RD) at AdviniaCare Newport, you will be responsible for analyzing patients’ health status, dietary restrictions, and goals to develop customized nutrition plans. Your main duties include: Obtaining and evaluating nutrition histories of patients, assessing their knowledge of diet and kidney disease, and providing education to patients and their families Completing written monthly nutritional assessments and comprehensive patient assessments for patient care plans Participating in weekly care plan meetings and quality improvement team meetings Monitoring patient adherence and response to nutrition therapy, adjusting therapy as needed Documenting patient response to therapy in monthly progress notes Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on patient care and management Requirements State and Federal dietitian certifications 3 years of SNF experience What We Offer At AdviniaCare Newport, we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and staff.
