RN Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities Influence patient care through open, collaborative relationships with your direct manager and participation in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives. Help shape decisions that elevate patient outcomes and the future of nursing. Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
