Schedule Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Certified Surgical Technologist at our multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgical Center. We are focused on providing exceptional surgical care, specializing in Orthopedics, General Surgery, GI, and Pain Management. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment that prioritizes both employee and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient operating room environment. Prepare surgical instruments and equipment for various surgical specialties. Maintain sterile techniques and protocols during surgery. Work closely with surgeons and surgical teams to provide optimal patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST). Current BLS, NBSTA, and DORA certifications must be active. Preferred experience in orthopedic procedures, including ACLs, RCRs, and total joints. Experience in ENT procedures such as Septoplasty, SMR, T&A, and Stapedectomy is a plus. Why ARMStaffing?
