Description:

• Manages operational aspects of Moving & Contents jobs as assigned by the Contents Manager
• Direct & supervise needed labor on job sites
• Ensures compliance with company standards for cost control, quality, safety and customer service standard
• Maintains our company culture and fosters an environment that promotes safety and drives exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• 3+ Experience in moving and/or restoration industry
• Experience leading a team
• Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
• Dedication to customer service
• Effective written and oral communication
• Ability to lead others from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work occasional nights, weekends and overtime as needed
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
