Explore more about our company, recruitment process, and unique culture at: Who We're Looking For We’re looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to strengthen our Project Management team. In this role, you will take direct ownership of projects and teams, ensuring smooth and successful delivery. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end project execution, client satisfaction, and expectation management. It will be crucial for us that you make sure everything is delivered as planned – on time, on budget, and in line with agreed objectives. Your Responsibilities Management and coordination of IT project team activities (Engineers, Analysts, Testers); Creating project strategies and reporting; Monitoring project progress and ensuring efficient use of resources; Managing project budgets by tracking expenses and costs to ensure business objectives are met according to plan; Ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders; Maintaining project quality and delivering IT project documentation; Supporting clients and analysts in mapping key business areas; Communicating with clients, managing priorities and schedules, planning, and co-developing project growth strategies in collaboration with the engineering team and the client; Identifying risks and preparing mitigation strategies. Requirements Strong experience in managing the full lifecycle of IT projects, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role; Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment; Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Experience working with external clients and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships; Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, and strong negotiation skills; Solid understanding of technology fundamentals, including system architecture, integrations, databases, and APIs, enabling effective communication with technical teams; Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Scrum, and the ability to prioritize tasks in environments with multiple concurrent initiatives; Strong risk management skills, budget planning and management experience, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans; Experience analyzing ROI and KPIs, assessing project feasibility, and planning strategically for long-term outcomes; Preferred: experience with implementing solutions based on machine learning; Preferred: experience working in a startup environment.
