About Our Agency:
Our agency is entering its fifth year in business this January and is supported by a close knit team of three sales professionals, one service team member, and myself. We believe in recognizing hard work and creating an environment people enjoy coming to each day, offering bonuses, paid time off, and regular team lunches or dinner outings. I studied Agribusiness Economics and Management at the University of Arizona before transferring to the University of Utah, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nick Hageman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
