Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Medical ICU RN to provide specialized patient care in a critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical expertise and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients to identify changes in condition and respond with appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, and aftercare plans.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing with the appropriate state board.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience, preferably in a medical ICU setting.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, critical thinking, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt to rapidly changing patient needs.
