Be willing to see patients who are Covid or persons under investigation for Covid. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Annual Tuberculosis (TB) screening, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap (within last 10 years), Flu (annual), Drug screening, and Physical examination.
