• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve desired outcomes
