WHAT WE OFFER YOU: High Impact role on a winning team that is actively growing its physical space, manufacturing capabilities, marketing sophistication, and geographic reach Meaningful autonomy and empowerment in a positive environment that supports development and recognizes achievement Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits including subsidized healthcare, 401k matching, paid time off and 10 paid holidays WHAT THE ROLE DOES: Develop industry-specific marketing content with a heavy focus on technical copywriting and proofreading Plan, execute, and monitor B2B email marketing campaigns and segmentation Support website content creation, including designing and updating new landing pages Manage end-to-end trade show logistics, including planning, booth coordination, on-site team support, and post-event follow-up Create and design customized sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and product/solution spotlights, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines Capture and edit photos/videos for customer visits and company events Serve as key liaison with external vendors and outside marketing resources Maintain marketing publication calendar and track performance metrics across channels Manage social media content creation, engagement, and strategy THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience 2+years of marketing experience required, preferably in a B2B environment Understanding of digital marketing, including paid search and SEO, is a plus Basic photography and videography skills are a plus Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Semrush, general AI-tools, HubSpot (orotherCRMplatforms), and HubSpotMarketingis aplus Highly organized withstrongattentiontodetailandaccuracy Creative thinker willing to explore and brainstorm new ideas as a team Portfolio of print, digital, and marketing campaign samples is a plus.
