Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license
• Previous experience in special education settings or resource classrooms is strongly preferred
• Confidence designing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to coordinate with general education teachers, support staff, families, and administration
• Experience with virtual teaching platforms (for remote candidates) considered a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to providing supportive, differentiated instruction

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning needs
• Monitor student progress, adapting strategies as necessary to maximize success
• Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
