Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the quality care and safety of our patients. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary credentials and be committed to maintaining high standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required competency testing for specialty area.
• Adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and confidentiality agreements.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and certification requirements.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid License/Certificate verification for practice within the relevant specialty.
• Successful completion of a Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Test.
• Health screenings including Fit Test and relevant vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella).
• Trinity Criminal Background Check and Education Verification.
