This contract opportunity is looking for a skilled PT to step in and provide excellent care and consultation for a diverse PreK-12 caseload, making a tangible difference in the lives of students.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts (MA PT License)
• Direct experience working as a physical therapist in a school-based environment is essential

Position Details:

• Start date: Immediate need
• Contract through June 18, 2027
• Schedule: Approximately 1–2 days per week, with hours from 8:15 AM to 2:30 PM
• Caseload: Serve approximately 10–12 students across two school sites (buildings conveniently located just steps apart)
• Primary focus on elementary students, with some consultation at the high school level

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services and conduct consultations as needed
• Develop and write IEP goals tailored to student needs
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team
• Maintain compliance with all required documentation and contribute to the students’ educational progress
