ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSITION VACANCY INTERNAL & EXTERNAL POSTING DATE OF POSTING: August 28, 2026 TITLE OF POSITION: Cook at Otsego Middle School Hours 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
STARTING DATE: 2026-2027 school year CLOSING DATE: September 4, 2026 @ 4:00 p.m Otsego Public Schools' staff is the heart of the district, and we are looking to add a cook to our middle school staff. Primary tasks (non-exhaustive list):

- Prepares and displays food in a high quality manner
- Cashering
- Demonstrates money-handling accuracy
- Demonstrates proficiency in phone and computer systems
- High School Diploma / GED
- Strong math skills
- Attention to detail
- Some heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Confidentiality
- Food Service experience preferred
