Danaher Business System Leader Manager, Hardware

Danaher seeks an experienced operations leader to drive continuous improvement and business system implementation across hardware manufacturing operations in Minnesota. The role focuses on applying lean methodologies, coaching teams, and delivering performance improvements in safety, quality, and productivity at a diagnostics manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Apply business system tools to drive operational improvements and KPI delivery at hardware plant
Participate in daily management activities and lead problem-solving at the work floor
Coach and mentor teams to build sustainable processes aligned with performance targets
Collect evidence and lead root cause analysis during continuous improvement initiatives
Establish and achieve challenging performance goals supporting organizational capability targets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 9+ years experience, or Master's with 7+, or Doctorate with 5+
4+ years in Lean Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, or Operations
Demonstrated coaching and mentoring ability across all organizational levels
Track record leading change initiatives and driving process adoption in manufacturing
Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in dynamic manufacturing environments
Willingness to travel up to 10% to other Danaher locations

Compensation: $125,000-$150,000 base, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
