Who We're Looking For

As a member of our Environmental and Assessment Services Team, you'll provide project coordination, general administrative and report writing support, with a primary focus on assisting projects related to Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessment (PCA) reports. You'll also help support our environmental and PCA teams through coordination and organization of our contractor network, along with assistance in data collection and report preparation.

This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, clear and professional communication skills, and excellent organizational and problem solving abilities. You will gain hands on experience across the commercial real estate due diligence process and work directly with senior professionals who are invested in developing you. This role is a strong entry point into environmental consulting and CRE due diligence.

This is a hybrid position based in our Rock Hill, SC office, with three days a week onsite once you are fully ramped up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, architecture, construction management, engineering, mathematics, chemistry, biology, or a related physical science
• 1+ years of experience, including internships, applying your degree in a professional setting. New graduates with relevant internship or co op experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects against deadlines
• A great work ethic (self starter) who is not afraid to jump in, learn the business, and make an impact
• The ability to communicate clearly with team members and external contractors, both verbally and in writing, including technical writing
• The ability to adapt to updates in technology and process
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite software, such as Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. The willingness to dive in and learn new platforms.
• GIS training or experience a plus

Flexibility

This is a hybrid role, so once you are fully ramped up you will work an 8 to 5 schedule with your team, three days a week in our Rock Hill, SC office and the balance remote. The pay range for this role is $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, approximately $39,520 to $54,080 annualized at full time. This is a non exempt position eligible for overtime. Final compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
