Owner Relations Analyst

Summary The Owner Relations Analyst is responsible for communicating with Working Interest Partners and Royalty Owners to ensure accurate, timely and efficient information dissemination and issue resolution. We are uncompromising in the pursuit of excellence and this role is the first point of contact for Partners and Royalty Owners and must make a great impression! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful, and reliable are “musts” in this role. Responsibilities The successful candidate will work in the Land Department performing various administrative and land tasks. The individual will work closely with other Land Department staff, Accounting Department as well as Technical staff to ensure that the Company's responsibilities to royalty owners are met. These duties include but are not limited to: Maintaining the Company's land records in an organized manner Maintaining owner's information (address, TIN, email, etc.) in our systems Mailing change of address forms Working with the Accounting Department to create new owners and process address changes. Maintain positive relationship with owners and Working Interest Partners Assist with inputting relevant owner information into ODA and HubSpot Support Land staff with day-to-day duties, as needed Assist with clerical functions, as directed Organizational skill and attention to detail Adaptable – able to manage shifting/multiple priorities with focus and grace Time Management – able to manage fast-paced team environment Patience and an inquisitive nature – naturally driven to ascertain root cause and provide resolution Pragmatic problem solver Required Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Preferred Qualifications Related/relevant experience in client/customer services Basic knowledge of oil/gas industry Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation) Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
