AI Agent Platform Technical Product Manager

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in AI product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the agent development life cycle, Spec Driven Development, product design, and data analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product life-cycle work, including discovery, ideation, strategy, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience with or working knowledge of AI and agentic products or platforms, including LLMs and agent harnesses.
• Practical experience using LLMs and AI-powered tools to improve individual and team productivity, with sound judgment about where AI can address problems.
• Familiarity with evaluating and instrumenting AI systems, and strong analytical skills for measuring quality and performance in non-deterministic, agent-driven experiences.
• A record of delivering products and new features through agile development and the software delivery life cycle.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think strategically, provide thought leadership, and align cross-functional partners.
• Initiative, adaptability, and comfort working through ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience defining or managing reusable technology assets, such as components, templates, connectors, or shared services, is preferred.
• Working knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, agent memory, prompt and context management, and structured data access such as natural language to SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with data integration and connector patterns for systems such as M365, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Databricks, including entitlements and secure access, is preferred.
• Understanding of agentic approaches such as orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, and human-in-the-loop design, including how to balance autonomy with guardrails, is preferred.
• Exposure to model fine-tuning, retrieval and query quality evaluation, and vector stores is preferred.
• Awareness of Responsible AI principles, including safety, fairness, and governance, and comfort delivering AI products in a regulated environment, is preferred.
• Experience benchmarking reusable components such as memory, retrieval, or NL2SQL against internal and external standards, and using results to assess quality and inform roadmap priorities, is preferred.

• Set the strategy and vision for reusable agent building blocks, enabling teams to assemble governed, versioned components instead of rebuilding memory, runtime, and connectivity.
• Own and maintain the product backlog across memory, harness, reusable agents, and key connectors, aligning it with the roadmap and value proposition.
• Develop agent memory as a governed memory-as-a-service platform, with use-case-specific constructs such as episodic and semantic recall and entitlement-aware scoping.
• Establish the Harness as our firm-grade runtime for long-running agents and deliver reusable agents as configurable templates rather than bespoke runtimes.
• Consolidate reusable agents on a shared platform, including a fine-tuned model in production and UI-based fine-tuning.
• Deliver priority connectors, including M365, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, and make them available in Directories as distributed, governed assets without duplicate development.
• Work with data platform and engineering teams to provide secure, governed access to structured, unstructured, analytical, and real-time data in accordance with firm data policy.
• Define a measurement framework and track outcomes such as component reuse, memory convergence, connector adoption, and reliability.
• Gather feedback from lines of business and turn recurring customer needs into reusable components that benefit multiple teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery and execution, planning and prioritizing work across supporting scrum teams.
• Influence stakeholders across Technology, analytics, and the business, and champion adoption of shared building blocks.
