About the Role:

INTONE HEALTH SERVICES INC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing healthcare team in Coppell, TX. Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders

Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions

Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition

Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation and medical records

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program

Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Prior clinical nursing experience preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply
