Shift Manager – McDonald’s®. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness for customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift.
