What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and opening new shipper accounts that need reliable logistics partners
- Building and managing your own pipeline through cold calls, emails, and networking
- Developing sales strategies to hit and exceed gross margin goals
- Closing deals by presenting tailored solutions and negotiating terms
- Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
- Partnering closely with operations to ensure top-tier service
- Spotting market trends and new revenue opportunities
