Position Title Part‑Time PSYCHOLOGY Instructor Position Overview Perimeter College is seeking part‑time instructors in Psychology to educate and support students. Responsibilities Teach psychology courses at the collegiate level using a variety of methods, facilitate student learning in a diverse environment, and contribute to the academic mission of the college. Required Experience Teaching experience required. Required Education Minimum of a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) in the teaching discipline. Preferred Qualifications College‑level teaching experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to teach psychology courses on the collegiate level. Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods. Ability to relate to a diverse student population and facilitate student learning. Effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of instructional technology. Licenses, Certifications, or Registrations None specified. Pre‑Employment Requirements Criminal background check required. Work Hours Classes offered morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends. Salary $3,075.00 for each 3‑semester credit hour course taught.
