Work Study Front Desk Monitor

The Kelly Gym Front Desk Monitor will oversee swiping in Kelly Gym patrons. The position will also include monitoring numbers of the facilities within Kelly Gym as well as answering patrons' questions. In conjunction with the Facility administration, they will be responsible to: assist with the operation of the Kelly Gym front desk, assist with customer service during shift, monitor facilities within Kelly Gym for number tracking purposes, and report safety concerns to appropriate administrative personnel.

Eligibility requirements: Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester. Must have Work Study award in your financial aid package.

Preferred Qualifications - Good people skills and the ability to provide good customer service. Alertness and a sense of responsibility.

Hourly Rate - $15.00
