Strategic Program Analyst: Budget & Acquisition

DCS Corporation

DCS Corp is seeking a Program Analyst to support Army Product Manager programs with programmatic, budgetary, and contractual duties. The role requires in-depth knowledge of budgeting laws, POM/WSR processes, and funds execution, ensuring alignment with DA goals. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years' experience, U.S. citizenship, and a Secret clearance.
