Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT) / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient goals and clinical standards
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain valid state identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active OT or COTA licensure in the state of New Mexico
• Current and valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to work Monday through Friday day shifts for the duration of a 13-week contract
• Compliance with all facility credentialing and registry personnel requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or post-acute care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment
