6 months contract (Potential Conversion) About the role As a Corporate Support Assistant, your role will be essential to supporting the fulfillment of research, client estimates, and orders for various corporate document retrievals and filings within the corporate and registered agent industry. You will work directly with and for other team members or teams within the department to successfully complete all project requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. You may have limited direct client interactions via written and verbal communication methods. To be successful in this role, the Corporate Support Assistant must have excellent organizational and time‑management skills, meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and a professional level of customer service and communication. This entry‑level role is perfect for those eager to start and grow in the customer service segment for corporate and registered agent services. Provide direct support and collaboration with other corporate team members or across departments. Respond and resolve incoming vendor requests, queries, issues and concerns via phone and email. Efficiently manage the order process alongside other corporate team members, from initial request through processing, and during follow‑up investigations and order fulfillment. Obtain certificates of status with both the state and revenue departments, conduct name availability and status searches, produce verbal bring‑down reports, file/tracking name reservations and registrations, and obtain copies of miscellaneous public record documents. Responsible for corporate filings including, but not limited to, the preparation, review and filing of articles of incorporation/organization, amendments, DBA/assumed business names, newspaper publications, and annual reports. Assist with answering phone calls and routing to the appropriate department. Any other duties of similar or lesser nature as required. Positive team player with clear and effective verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and clients. Educational Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree and/or 1-2 years’ experience in corporate services/registered agent industry.
