Media Planner
Regional Client
As the Media Planner, your primary focus will be to work with the media team to shape and execute effective advertising campaigns, deliver exceptional results for our media clients, and deeply understand business priorities, identifying and reaching target audiences, evaluating campaign success, and making strategic suggestions. In this position you will report to the VP of Media and work closely with the media team and other team members at Bullseye. Eastern and Central time zones only; at this time we cannot accept applicants outside of those time zones. Tasks and Responsibilities Develop and lead interactive media campaigns, including CPM, CPC, CPL, and numerous retargeting media placements. Strategize and execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, TripAdvisor, Pinterest). Execute rich media and online video placements. Execute programmatic and direct-to-publisher deals/vendors – display, video, and mobile. Lead campaign activation across all of the above mediums. Own vendor relationships, including generating IOs, sending RFPs, collecting reporting, and ongoing campaign management. Partner with account service, creative teams, and external media vendors to determine specific needs for interactive advertising. Optimize campaigns with media vendors on an ongoing basis. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure creative specifications of the negotiated plan are satisfied. Proactively share relevant information about trends in interactive media with the planning group, agency stakeholders, and clients. Lead media campaign monitoring with daily, weekly, and monthly performance optimizations. Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews reflecting on prior month/quarter’s successes, insights, and recommendations for the upcoming period. Lead multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and collaborative spirit. Maintain a deep understanding of how advertising, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization work together. Stay on top of emerging trends to continuously recommend new ideas, concepts, tactics, and formulate innovative strategic plans. Define, document, and implement processes to adapt to the evolving digital landscape and ensure the agency stays ahead of the curve. Show willingness to learn and utilize all available AI tools to improve individual and team efficiencies. Skills And Abilities Strong analytics skills and a proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, identify trends, concisely report meaningful findings, and use data to drive strategy. Excellent attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational abilities. Ability to function in a quick and organized manner and handle multiple deadlines with proficiency in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience with Google Marketing Platforms, BI tools, LinkedIn Advertising Platform, Meta Business Manager, Campaign Manager 360 (DCM), and Google Suite (required). 3+ years of media planning and/or buying experience.
