**Join Our Critical Care Float Pool Team!** - Are you ready to take your nursing career to the next level? - We are seeking dedicated and skilled RNs with both ER and ICU experience to join our dynamic Critical Care Float Pool! - In this role, you will provide primary care to ER, ICU, and PACU patients, with the opportunity to float to other nursing units as needed. - Responsibilities include: - Assisting with patient monitoring and care across various departments - Supporting fast-paced environments by expediting tasks and helping transport patients - Engaging in telemetry monitoring to ensure patient safety and stability - Being an essential team member on the rapid response and code blue team - Schedule: - 12-hour shifts covering evenings and nights - Commitment of 72-80 hours every two weeks - Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in both ER and ICU - Current certifications in: - ACLS - BLS/BCLS - PALS **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
