About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support customers, service technicians, dealers, and internal teams. This role coordinates service and warranty activity, maintains accurate equipment and service records, assists with technical troubleshooting, and ensures timely communication throughout the service process.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical knowledge with strong administrative, customer service, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment startups and warranty service calls and maintain accurate status and asset-tracking information.
• Coordinate service requests, scheduling, follow-ups, and customer communications.
• Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding service inquiries and status updates.
• Communicate professionally by phone, email, text, and service portals.
• Assist customers, technicians, and end users with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with service managers, technicians, sales, culinary, and other internal departments.
• Communicate with consultants, general contractors, HVAC professionals, electricians, plumbers, dealers, installers, and end users.
• Train service companies and equipment dealer sales and service personnel on applicable equipment and service processes.
• Track service activity and documentation using CRM/service management systems.
• Assist with analyzing service trends, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure service information is updated in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Trade school training, technical education, or hands-on experience with electrical appliances.
• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or service coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced service environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, or service management systems.
• Experience in a technical or service-oriented environment.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• Multilingual communication skills.
