Overview DSL Express is now hiring OTR CDL Class A Team Drivers! Company drivers with 2+ yrs of experience and a decent MVR/PSP score. Position available ASAP. Gross Earnings between $117,600 to $145,600 per year per driver. Team Driver Pay Up to 81 cents per mile plus bonuses. Depending on the EXP and MVRs of the team. Average miles are anywhere between 5500 and 7000 per wk depending on the season. Some do more. The average gross income is $4500 and $5600 per wk total. That s $2250 to $2800 per week per team driver. Will consider changeover to the percent of linehaul if driver proves himself or herself. Solo Driver Pay Up to 71 cents per mile plus bonuses. The average gross income for the team is $4500 and $6000 per wk total (split per driver). Driver Requirements Truck driving is a demanding job! You have to be healthy and able and willing to work. Must have Minimum 2 years of driving experience. Must have a valid CDL Class A without pending suspensions. Must be able to work with modern ELD systems. Must be able to pass a drug test. No acceptations. Must have a valid medical card issued. Must have a stable work history and good references. Must have no more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years. No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years. No DWIs, DUI, and BAC in the last 4 years. No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years. No license suspension for points, or unpaid tickets in the last 3 years. No more than 2 moving violations during the last year. Must provide no less than 3 years of work history, non-driving work history for the past 3 years will be also verified. Previous employers and references will be checked and must be verifiable.
