Job Description We're looking for a dynamic and innovative Personal Lines Producer to join our team in Ventura/LA, California, United States. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects from conception through completion, driving results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. As a Producer, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure every project exceeds expectations. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, analyzing costs and optimizing allocation to maximize return on investment Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners, fostering transparent communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations Analyze project performance metrics and data to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism Oversee quality assurance processes, conducting detailed reviews to ensure all deliverables meet established standards and organizational requirements Lead team meetings and brainstorming sessions, motivating colleagues and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment where creative ideas thrive Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong time management and multitasking capabilities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail Document project processes, outcomes, and lessons learned, contributing to organizational knowledge and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Duties and Responsibilities Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Utilizes Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities such as cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business. Acts as subject matter expert to master chosen area of focus for highest probability of long-term success. Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates. Collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new business accounts. Follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of Trucordia tools and sales management platforms Qualifications State-issued Property and Casualty Insurance License. 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study. 2-5 years in an insurance sales role Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
