How You'll Contribute We proudly title this blended Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator and Activities Assistant role as a Concierge / Life Enrichment Assistant, reflecting the flexible and collaborative support this team member provides to residents, families, guests, and the community. The Concierge / Life Enrichment Assistant supports the reception area and administrative needs while also engaging residents in meaningful programming and entertainment as needed. In the Concierge function, this role provides prompt, professional communication and unparalleled hospitality. When supporting Life Enrichment, this role assists with programs designed around residents' individual needs and interests. Familiarity with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is preferred, and a willingness to work with older adults is essential. The Concierge/Life Enrichment Assistant Will

• Greet and direct visitors in a professional, helpful manner and provide a welcoming experience for residents, families, guests, and team members.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, triage inquiries, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary.
• Respond to residents' and family members' questions and concerns and share important information with the appropriate director, Executive Director, or supervisor.
• Accept deliveries, organize incoming mail, and distribute items to the appropriate person.
• Monitor and help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the community entrance, front lobby, conference rooms, beverage stations, and other business office areas.
• Provide administrative support for Business Services, Marketing, and the Executive Director as needed, including assistance with move-in paperwork, marketing collateral, and prospective resident tours.
• Assist with telephone inquiries when a Marketing team member is not immediately available and obtain, at minimum, the caller's contact information for follow-up.
• Engage residents in programs and entertainment that support their individualized needs and interests.
• Support designated Artis programs, including Time to Dish, Town Halls, the I CAN program, and I'm AlWrite.
• Assist with resident trips and community programs that are appropriate for individuals living with memory loss.
• Provide the Director of Life Enrichment with information about resident engagement to support personalized care planning and family communication.
• Coordinate with outside agencies, organizations, and volunteers to enhance the resident experience as directed/needed.
• Observe community policies and procedures related to resident and team member safety, attendance, timeliness, teamwork, resident service, and confidentiality.
• Adhere to Infection Prevention, OSHA, fire, and safety regulations to support the safety and well-being of residents and team members.
• Perform other duties as requested based on community needs.
