The Good Feet Store, America’s leading Arch Support provider, is seeking passionate and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our team in the Orlando metro area , including Lake Mary, and Millenia . If you're flexible, motivated, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to welcome you to our next training class starting in just one to two weeks .

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay : Base hourly wage + biweekly commission, with average earnings of $75,000 to $80,000 OTE.

What You'll Do:

Sales Consultation : Educate customers on the benefits of arch support solutions through a consultative sales approach
Customer Service : Ensure an exceptional in-store experience and build lasting client relationships
Drive Results : Support your team in achieving sales and customer service goals
Inventory Oversight : Maintain showroom readiness and product availability

Requirements:

Candidates with availability on weekends and rotating schedules

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Pay: $75,000 to $80,000 OTE (Base + Commission)

Schedule: 8-hour shifts | Monday–Friday | Rotating Weekends

Location: Lake Mary| Millenia|
