Job Description
***Only qualified Packaging Operator candidates located near Woburn, Massachusetts area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Required Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience

• Minimum 6 months of industry work experience

• Experience with packaging, inspection, labeling, or manufacturing operations


• Experience maintaining accurate documentation and records

• Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules including rotating shifts if required

Tech Skills

• Familiarity with computers and general business software

• Ability to read and understand documentation

• Ability to follow procedures and quality specifications

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

• Good documentation practices

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products

• Complete finished product packaging to meet customer, internal, clinical, and business demands

• Ensure products are packaged according to procedures and quality specifications

• Inspect packaging components and materials to ensure consistent quality

• Remove defective products and packaging materials

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including device history records and inventory counts

• Assist with inventory counting activities

• Perform basic mathematical calculations required for batch record completion

• Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions

• Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment

• Follow all personal protective equipment and contamination control requirements

• Handle hazardous waste according to procedures

• Work scheduled hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday

• Work overtime as required

• Successfully complete background check requirements before start date

Physical Demands

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to perform repetitive packaging and inspection activities

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment

• Ability to work extended hours and overtime when needed
