• Additional Info: Locations: Pierson | DeLand | Deltona | Daytona, FLNortheast Florida Health Services, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our community health centers.Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care, acute care, and chronic disease management.- Deliver preventive care and health screenings tailored to individual patient needs.- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to address overall medical and social needs.- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives.- Ensure compliance with HRSA, HIPAA, and state and federal regulations.Qualifications : - FL License - Experience in FQHC or Community Health- Spanish Bilingual a Plus
