Assistant Manager As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day‑to‑day basis. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly. You’ll also support local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals and help team members with performance and training initiatives. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. Ensure smooth shift operations and customer experience. Support local marketing efforts to drive sales and profit. Help team members with performance evaluations and training. Qualifications At least six months of restaurant or retail management experience. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
