• Diagnose HVAC systems accurately (no guessing)
• Perform repairs and system solutions the right way
• Communicate findings clearly with homeowners
• Present repair and replacement options that solve the problem
• Complete jobs clean, organized, and professional
• Follow proven processes and systems on every call
• Keep your truck stocked, clean, and ready
• Deliver a high-level customer experience every time

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years HVAC service experience (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers
• Clean driving record
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to follow process and stay accountable
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job right
