Registered Nurse Opportunity in Rockford, IL

Specialty: ICU

Position Type: Travel

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $1909 - $2300

Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities

Employ the nursing process to provide care for patients in both ICU and Step-Down ICU settings.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to nursing standards and state regulations.
Document patient care in accordance with established standards.
Develop and implement tailored care plans for individual patients.
Engage in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance.
Offer clinical expertise and support to other departments and units.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
Current Illinois nursing license, along with CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program; verification of education is required.

Working Conditions

This role is situated in a Level 1 Trauma Center, where you will be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on patient safety and enhancing the overall patient experience.
