Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Build and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, facilitating an open dialogue that encourages honest sharing of thoughts and feelings. \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, employing the latest evidence-based methods suitable for marathon therapy sessions. \n
- Create individualized and culturally-sensitive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and life circumstances of clients. \n
- Lead therapeutic sessions with individuals and their families, utilizing effective communication strategies and therapeutic techniques, thereby fostering resilience and personal growth. \n
- Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals, making adjustments to plans as needed to ensure efficacy and relevance. \n
- Collaborate with other health professionals and refer clients to specialists for additional support when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to care. \n
- Document each session thoroughly in accordance with clinic standards and state regulations, maintaining the confidentiality and security of client records. \n
You will be working with a diverse patient base, including teenagers, adults, and seniors, each presenting unique challenges related to mental health. The clinic focuses on individuals coping with relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction issues. Your work will be instrumental in helping clients navigate these challenges, guiding them towards healthier patterns of thinking and behavior.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory. \n
- Specialized training or significant experience in addiction counseling and a solid understanding of comprehensive treatment for substance use disorders. \n
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. \n
- Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to motivate clients to pursue recovery and wellness. \n

- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience providing remote counseling services. \n
