Network Implementation Engineer

Salary: $49,000 - 81,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for an associate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• We need 4–7 years of experience in telecommunications, engineering, or network planning.
• We require strong proficiency with engineering platforms and Microsoft Office.
• We need the ability to juggle multiple projects while communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• We value technical design expertise with 3GIS, OSP engineering tools, and redline review.
• We look for strong collaboration skills when working with vendors, city officials, and our internal teams.
• We expect excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

• We prepare and maintain Engineering Work Orders for new builds, upgrades, relocations, and fiber deployments such as FTTN, FTTH, and FTTT.
• We review design prints and redlines, applying corrections to ensure accuracy and construction readiness.
• We create OSP designs in 3GIS and work with tools such as AutoCAD/CAD systems, Ivaula, Netsuite, Sitetracker, and Microsoft Office.
• We process invoices, verify financial records, and address any discrepancies.
• We coordinate with vendors, developers, builders, and municipalities to align on project scope and schedules.
• We work with city departments to obtain permits and support regulatory compliance.
• We assist Engineering II and Senior Engineers and update records as needed.
