Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an essential role supporting students across K-12 as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for the 2026-2027 school year. These contract opportunities are based on-site, serving either a single campus or operating between two local schools, offering variety and meaningful impact in every day. Choose from part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) or full-time (35 hours/week) positions, depending on your availability and preferences.

Your expertise will help students overcome communication barriers, play an active role in IEP teams, and foster students’ academic and social success in a supportive educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active FL State Speech Language Pathology License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Science Disorders (or related discipline)
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to varying school environments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting according to district and state guidelines
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and school-based activities as needed
  • Provide direct support at one or more campuses based on the awarded assignment
